DhatLook takes extra consideration and time to ensure a quality product and that product meets specification of each customer. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds and ultimately all sales are final. Please keep in mind; refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction.
Exchanges
If an error occur and we have sent you an incorrect order contact us within seven business days. You will have to ship the product back to us and it must be unused. We will not offer exchanges for product that has been used. Under Federal Law, human hair products, which have been used, can not be returned due to hygiene purposes. We abide by these strict policies and expect the item to be returned in its original condition. After we receive the incorrect order we will ship out the correct order. Standard shipping rates will be charged to you for the corrected order.
Payment
All our orders are processed through Authorize.net. We accept all major credit cards and payment is charged once orders are processed. 100 percent of the payment must be made for processing and shipment.
Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to make changes and adjust prices, policies, and procedures. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service. DhatLook does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. DhatLook will not be liable for consequential special, indirect or severe damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages in regards to any third party except which is provided herein. DhatLook is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of product(s) under this agreement.
